have been working with engineers in the UK and abroad
to achieve the goal of converting diesel engines
to run on LPG. The system has been developed over
the past 5 years, taking into account all variations
of the diesel engine. After extensive development
work, our goal has been realised, and we can now
offer direct injection diesel LPG conversions.
Direct injection
engines are used in the Ford Transit, Mercedes Sprinter, Renault
Traffic, most 7.5 ton vehicles and similar. Installers
can also convert the Land Rover Discovery.
Initial tests
we have found that the diesel LPG conversions
not only results in fuel savings of up to 30%,
but also improve performance and reduces emissions.

Does
the system save me money?
Yes, the system does save you money. The savings
vary depending on the vehicle, type of engine
and mileage. There are four main types of diesel
engine: the first is the basic diesel, which has
separate combustion chambers; then there is the
direct injection, followed by inter cooler and
finally, common rail. All these engines have been

What are the environmental implications?
One of the most impressive things about the Diesel
LPG system is the reduction of harmful emissions.
This, coupled with excellent performance is great
news from an environmental point of view.
Does the system involve changing my engine?
There is very little work done to the engine,
in fact engine modification is not necessary to
enable this system to work.
Does the system slow down my engine?
No, your vehicle is not slowed by this system.
Actually, the engine performance is improved,
which means that you will not need to change gear
so often, especially on a hill climb and you will
not need to press the accelerator as hard.
Will I need more regular maintenance?
Like all systems, there is maintenance, however,
if this system is checked on an MOT basis, there
will be few problems. The system has a 1 year
manufacturer's warranty on all components.
Is it safe?
Very! The system has been checked for safety and
reliability. We insist that the fitting is carried
out by specially trained mechanics.
What diesel engines are suitable for conversion?
Our diesel LPG system can be used on most vehicles
that burns diesel. Some may require adjustments
to the engine management system. We will advise
you on any issues with your quote.
How long before I recuperate the cost of the
Installation?
This is dependent on the amount the vehicle
is used and the distance driven. As a guide, taking
a 30% fuel saving on a lorry, it may only take
a few months to fully recuperate the cost of installation.
Can I easily get LPG for my vehicle?
LPG is becoming more available every day, with
new refuelling points opening up all over the
UK on a regular basis.
